(华南师范大学 体育科学学院,广东 广州 510006) 摘 要:综述了线粒体的结构功能及心肌细胞凋亡过程与线粒体的密切关系,探讨其参与运动诱导心肌细胞凋亡的可能机制。线粒体在心肌细胞凋亡中起关键的作用,细胞凋亡过程中许多重要事件的发生都与线粒体密切相关,包括线粒体通透转变孔道(mPTP)的开放、线粒体膜电位(∆Ψm)的丧失、线粒体内外膜间隙促凋亡蛋白的释放、细胞内氧化还原状态的改变、Ca2+超载、Bcl-2家族促进和抑制凋亡蛋白的参与等。 |

(School of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510006,China) Abstract: More and more evidence indicated that mitochondria play the key role in cadiocyte apoptosis. Many events happened in apoptotic process have been tightly related to mitochondria, including mitochondrial permeabil-ity transition pore(MPTP) open, the depletion of mitochondrial membrane potential (mitochondrial ∆Ψm), mito-chondrial intermembrane space pro-apoptotic protein release, alteration of redox state, Ca2+ overloading, participa-tion of Bcl-2 family and so on. The mitochondrial structure and function and its tight relation to apoptosis were re-viewed, the possible mechanism of mitochondria on cadiocyte apoptosis induced by exercise were also summarized in the article. |
