| （中央财经大学 保险学院，北京 100081） 摘 要：剖析我国学校体育保险体系建构的层次，指出学校体育保险应该以我国实际国情为依据，尊重历史规律，建立起以学平险和校方责任险为基础，以特种附加险为辅助的学校体育保险体制。主张由学生、学校、保险公司、教育行政部门和保险监督管理机构组成合力，共同落实学校体育保险机制，为学校体育活动的开展解除后顾之忧。 |

| （School of Insurance，Central University of Finance and Economics，Beijing 100081，China） Abstract: The author dissected levels in the establishment of a school physical education insurance system in China, pointed out that a school physical education insurance system based on student safety insurance and school liability insurance and assisted by additional special insurances should be established based on actual circumstances in China and by respecting historical patterns, advocated that students, schools, insurance companies, education ad-ministrative departments as well as insurance supervision and management organizations should form a united force to jointly implement the school physical education insurance mechanism, so as to remove all worries in the devel-opment of school physical education activities. |
