太极拳中的礼法文化

摘      要：太极拳以“哲拳”、“文化拳”而著称。太极拳在形成和发展过程中受中国传统礼法文化的影响，处处体现以礼为先、以德为范、以敬为尊、以和为贵等礼法文化特征，彰显了人文精神、民族素养、民族心理和民族情绪。太极拳由俗而雅、由陋而精的发展历程，其外因是社会文化背景的转变，内因则是太极拳礼法文化使然。

Abstract: Taijiquan is famous for its “sagacious boxing” and “cultural boxing”. In the process of its formation Tai-jiquan was affected by traditional Chinese protocol culture, and in every move, showing such protocol cultural characteristics as courtesy prioritized, ethic standardized, respect considered and friendship valued, and highlighting humanistic spirits, national makings, national psychology and national emotions. Taijiquan has gone through a course of development from vulgar to elegant, and from coarse to refined, the intrinsic reason for which is the change of social cultural backgrounds, while the extrinsic reason for which is the inevitable result of the develop-ment of the protocol culture of Taijiquan.
