| （韶关学院 体育学院，广东 韶关 512005） 摘 要：少林武僧在长期的练功习武实践中通过自身的思想体悟和智慧总结，形成了相对固定的行为规范和道德准则，即少林武术道德。主要体现在练功习武以慈悲为怀，以强身自卫为本，功夫为主、武艺为辅，“拳棍”为主、“金兵”为辅。少林武术道德的形成受到禅宗文化、传统文化、地域文化的影响。 |

In the practice of martial arts over a long period of time, through their own ideological apprehension and summarization of wisdom, the Shaolin monks also had relatively fixed behavior codes and ethical standards, namely, the ethics of Shaolin Wushu, which mainly embody in that martial arts should be practiced for goodness, fitness and self defense, and should base primarily on Gongfu and “stick boxing”, and secondarily on martial skills and “arms”. The formation of the ethics of Shaolin Wushu was influenced by the Dhyana culture, traditional culture and regional culture. |
