| （1.湖南交通职业技术学院 体育部，湖南 长沙 410004；2.湖南师范大学 体育学院，湖南 长沙 410012） 摘 要：竞技体育在增进人们身心健康、激发人类创造潜能、增强民族凝聚力方面发挥了不可替代的作用，但同时也存在一定的异化现象。异化引发了运动员培养过程中的伦理缺失现象，某种程度上也损害了部分运动员的合法与正当权益。这要求我们应该尊重运动员基本的人格权、保证运动员身体健康权、关心运动员的精神健康权、保护运动员基本的受教育权、维护运动员未来的发展权等等，整个社会应该给予竞技运动员“伦理式”的关注与关怀。 |

| （1.Department of Physical Education，Hunan Traffic Vocational Technologic Academy，Changsha 410004，China；2.School of Physical Education，Hunan Normal University，Changsha 410012，China） Abstract: Whereas competitive sports play an irreplaceable role in boosting people’s physical and mental health, inspiring human being’s creative potentials and enhancing national cohesion, they also show a certain sign of alien-ation, which triggers the occurrence of the sign of ethical missing in the process of athlete cultivation, and damages the lawful and legitimate rights of some athletes to a certain extent. Hence it is required that we should respect ath-lete’s basic personal rights, ensure their right for physical health, care about their right for mental health, protect their basic right for being educated, and maintain their right for future development, i.e. the whole society should pay “ethical type” attention and concern to competitive athletes. |
