Graduate School，Beijing Sports University，Beijing 100084，China） Abstract: Via analysis and demonstration, the authors put forward the idea for building a community sports, medi-cal and health service system, and probed into the necessity of constructing an urban community sports, medical and health system in China, which contains such links as the establishment of before fitness exercising health file, estab-lishment and implementation of fitness exercising files, process monitoring, and after fitness exercising physical stamina recovery. The author also pointed out that the establishment of such a system should be developed in the directions of professionalized service, individualized service and high-tech service. |
