| （1.长江师范学院 体育系，重庆 408100；2.重庆工商大学 体育学院，重庆 400067） 摘 要：对体育专业毕业生就业中专业与职业分离(即专业不对口)的现实进行分析，认为其分离现象已经存在，并影响到人才培养的各个方面。指出促成专业与职业分离的因素在于高等教育大众化刚性推进，而促成人才市场的高度竞争、人才的相对饱和以及体育学科格局分布不合理、盲目竞争加剧，专业设置重复以及专业结构性矛盾。提出了重视现实、把握体育高等人才市场趋势；科学规划、积极引导，避免盲目竞争；修正培养的目标与规格，提高就业竞争的软实力；建立新的通识加专识教育平台等人才培养途径。 |

| （1.Department of Physical Education，Yangtze Normal University，Chongqing 408100，China；2.School of Physical Education，Chongqing Technology and Business University，Chongqing 400067，China） Abstract: The authors analyzed the reality of the separation between major and occupation in the employment of graduates majoring in physical education, and considered that such a sign of separation has become prominent, and affected various aspects in talent cultivation. The authors pointed out that factors promoting the separation between major and occupation include rigid promotion of popularization of higher education, which results in high intensity competition in the talent market and relative satiation of talents, irrational layout of physical education disciplines, escalation of blind competition, repeated major setup, and major structural contradictions. The authors worked out the following ways for talent cultivation: pay attention to the reality; gain an insight into the trend of development of the higher physical education talent market; make plans scientifically; guide competition actively; avoid blind com-petition; correct cultivation objectives and specifications; enhance soft strength for employment competition; estab-lish a new common education and specialized education combined platform. |
