我国运动员人力资本产权的性质分析

摘      要：我国运动员的人力资本投资多元化，使得运动员的人力资本产权呈现混合制性质。提出基于混合制产权下的我国运动员人力资本管理策略：确定运动员的合理分配地位，改变利润分配结构；加快体育管理体制改革，走职业体育俱乐部道路；完善立法，有效保障投资各方利益；完善人才管理体制，实行激励制度。

Abstract: Investments in athletes as human capital in China are diversified, which makes the property right of ath-letes as human capital present the nature of a mixed system. The authors put forward the following strategies for managing athletes as human capital in China based on the property right in a mixed system: determine athlete’s ra-tional allocation and change the profit allocation structure; speed up sports system reform and get on the track of professional sports clubs; perfect legislation and ensure the interests of various investment parties; perfect the talent management system and implement the stimulation system.
