| （广东科学技术职业学院 体育教研部，广东 珠海 519090） 摘 要：分析我国体育人文社会学9个博士点的研究领域、师资队伍、培养方案等现状。结果表明：博士点的地域分布不均，研究领域分布也不均衡；导师队伍实力较强，但满足不了目前学科发展的需求；招生门槛高，重视科研能力等。鉴于现状提出从关注西部、注重研究内容、扩大导师队伍、优化培养方案、加强校际合作等提高培养质量的建议。 |

| （Deprtment of Physical Education，Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology，Zhuhai 519090，China） Abstract: The author studied the current state of the development of 9 sports humanistic sociology doctorial student cultivation stations in China by analyzing their current research areas, teacher teams and cultivation plans, and re-vealed the following findings: the doctorial student cultivation stations are unevenly distributed in terms of geo-graphical location, and their research areas are unbalancedly distributed as well; the strength of their teacher teams is high, but it is unable to meet the need for the development of sciences today; they have fairly high standards for student recruitment, and value research abilities. Accordingly, the author put forward the following suggestions for enhancing their cultivation quality: concern the western area; focus on research contents; expand the advisor team; optimize cultivation plans; strengthen the cooperation between universities. |
