| （1.华侨大学 体育学院，福建 泉州 362021；2.新疆医科大学 体育部，新疆 乌鲁木齐 830000） 摘 要：区域高校体育教学联盟是指在一定区域内两个或两个以上的高校为实现某一教学目标，整合、优化相关的体育资源，按照合作规范和程序，执行一项或多项合作内容的体育教学联合体。我国的相关法规和政策、网络信息技术、高校校际间的合作先例为实施区域高校体育教学联盟打下了基础。建议构建区域高校体育教学联盟时要充分解放思想，恰当选择联盟成员、建立务实、高效的管理体系，采取灵活的联盟方式。 |

| （1.College of Physical Education，Overseas Chinese University，Quanzhou 362021，China；2.Department of Physical Education，Xinjiang Medical University，Urumqi 830000，China） Abstract: Regional college physical education association refers to a physical education teaching association in which two or more colleges within a certain region execute one or more cooperative programs by integrating and optimizing related physical education resources and according to standards and procedures for cooperation in order to realize a certain teaching objective. Related laws and legislations of China, development of network information technology, and existing examples of trans-college cooperation, have built a foundation for implementing a regional college physical education association. The authors proposed to fully free the mind, properly select association members, establish a practical and efficient management system and adopt flexible association joining manners when building a college physical education teaching association. |
