| （1.Department of Physical Enunciation，Nanchang University，Nanchang 330031，China；2.Department of Physical Education，Jiangxi Normal University，Nanchang 330027，China） Abstract: By using economic theories and research methods, the authors analyzed the reporting system used in the process of stadium assets procurement and the in-depth investigation methods used in the early phase of procure-ment by western countries, as well as the problems some of the countries had in the process and the procurement guide establishment method used by these countries, and revealed the following findings: for the reform of stadium management in China, we should refer to the successful experience of western countries, establish a procurement guide that is in conformity with the management system of China, determined suitable economic objectives and ef-fective social competition standards by combining with the actual circumstances of current social development, seek for the organic combination of the public mechanism and market mechanism, and explore a new way to stadium management that is in conformity with Chinese features. |
