(1.西南大学 体育学院,重庆 400715;2.广东体育运动技术学院,广东 广州 510100) 摘 要:研究男子花剑运动员大赛备战期间血红蛋白(HB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BU)、睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)的变化规律,以及它们间的相互关系。选择广东省男子花剑运动员9人,在不同训练阶段结束后次日晨7︰30~8︰00抽取肘静脉血,进行各个指标的测试。4周后HB与基础值相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),CK比赛前后变化具有显著性(P<0.05);BU在训练期间变化无显著性;T 8周后变化具有显著性(P<0.05),比赛前后变化具有非常显著性(P<0.01);C变化无显著性。HB、T随运动负荷的递增而下降,随运动负荷的减少而回升,其中T的变化具有一定的滞后性;CK对肌肉的训练负荷最为敏感;从生化指标的变化反映了整个训练期花剑运动员出现3个运动性疲劳期。 |

(1.School of Physical Education,Soutwest China University,Congqing 400715,China;2.Guangdong Sports Technical College,Guangzhou 510100,China) Abstract: In order to study the pattern of changes of hemoglobin (HB), creatine kinase (CK), bloody urine (BU), testosterone (T) and cortisol (C) of male foil fencers in the period of preparing for a major competition, and the in-terrelation between the said indexes, the authors selected 9 male foil fencers in Guangdong province, drew their el-bow venous blood at 7:30 – 8:30 in the next morning after different training stages were finished, tested the said in-dexes, and revealed the following findings: 4 weeks later, there was a significant difference between HB and the ba-sic value (P<0.05), and there was a significant change in CK before and after competition (P<0.05); there was no significant change in BU during training; 8 weeks later, there was a significant change in T (P<0.05), and T changed significantly before and after competition (P<0.01); there was no significant change in C; HB and T decreased as the exercise load increased gradually, and increased as the exercise load decreased, and the change of T was somewhat lagged; CK is the index most sensitive to muscle training loads; the changes of biochemical indexes reflected that the foil fencers had 3 periods of kinetic fatigue in the entire training period. |
