| (1.Institute Office，Jilin Institute of Physical Education，Changchun 130022，China；2.Department of Physical Education，Changchun University of Science and Technology，Changchun 130022，China；3.School of Physical Education，Northeast Normal University，Changchun 130024，China) Abstract: From the perspective of “Three Stages in the Development of Man”, a theory of Marx, the author probed into the course of development of competition’s pursuit of order transiting from group standard stage to individual standard stage and then to type standard stage, expatiated on the time background and realistic significance of the construction of the view of nationwide harmonious competition, and further put forward 4 specific measures for es-tablishing such a view of nationwide harmonious competition as “Cultivate Standard Meeting Students for a Har-monious World”, namely, further study competitive sports culture, manage sports according to law, regulate sports according to ethics, and transform athlete cultivation modes, on the basis of adhering to Marxist standard ideology. |
