| （上海交通大学 体育系，上海 200030） 摘 要：在阐述大型体育赛事建立公共安全应对体系必要性的基础上，分析了我国大型体育赛事公共安全所面临的现行公共安全应急法制不健全、公众安全意识淡薄、经济和社会转型带来的风险、公共安全信息管理系统有待完善等问题，并从建立大型体育赛事公共安全的预警机制、反馈机制、处理机制等3个方面提出了相关应对思路。 |

| （Department of Physical Education，Shanghai Jiao Tong University，Shanghai 200030，China） Abstract: By applying such scientific research methods as literature data retrieval, expert interview and field inves-tigation, and on the basis of expatiating on the necessity for establishing a public security response system for big sports events, the authors analyzed such problems faced by public security for big sports events in China as incom-plete existing public security response legal system, weak public security awareness, risks brought by economic and social transformation, and to be perfected public security information management system, and put forward relevant ideas for response in such three aspects as establishing an early warning mechanism, a feedback mechanism and a handling mechanism for public security for big sports events. |
