| （广西大学 体育教学部，广西 南宁 530004） 摘 要：随着全球化进程加深，以主权国家为主体的治理结构正逐渐被包括主权国家在内的多元主体治理结构所取代，突显出全球治理中多元结构和非主权国家行为体参与的特征。国际奥委会作为非政府间国际组织，在参与全球治理的过程中一直把谋求与联合国等政府间和非政府间国际组织的合作视为己任，并通过充分发挥在促进国际和平、参加环境保护、推进性别平等化、伸张身体健康权、保障弱势群体的体育权利等方面的功能，以获得国际社会对奥林匹克运动价值和自主性的承认。 |

| （Department of Physical Education，Guangxi University，Nanning 530004，China） Abstract: With the intensification of the process of globalization, the governing structure that bases its main body on sovereignties is being gradually replaced by the sovereignty included multi-main-body governing structure, which highlights the characteristics of the multi-main-body structure and the participation by non-sovereignty be-havior entities in global governance. International Olympic Committee as a non-governmental international organi-zation always considers seeking for close cooperation between governmental and non-governmental international organizations as its own responsibility in the process of participating in global governance, and acquires the ac-knowledge of international societies to the value and independency of the Olympic movement by fully exerting its functions in such aspects as promoting international peace, participating in environmental protection, boost sexual equality, advocating physical health right, and protecting disadvantageous group’s sports right. |
