| （1.华南农业大学 体育部，广东 广州 510642；2.广州体育学院 休闲体育与管理系，广东 广州 510500） 摘 要：对广东省体育经纪公司现状进行了调查，对其制约因素进行了分析，并提出相应发展对策。结果表明，广东省体育经纪企业主要从事体育赛事推广业务，其次为体育活动策划、体育咨询、体育培训等。由于国内经纪结构调整及市场消费力减弱，使广东省体育经纪公司的经营出现下滑趋势，盈利公司逐年减少。广东省体育经纪公司发展的制约因素表现为：体育市场尚未发育健全；体育管理体制不顺，监督管理不到位；相关的法律法规不健全；缺乏高素质的体育经纪专业人才；中介行业缺乏行业自律。其相应发展对策包括：发展和完善体育市场；加大体育管理体制改革的力度；制定和健全各种法规制度；逐步建立政府监管、行业自律与社会监管相结合的体育中介市场监管体系；建立健全体育经纪人培训体系，加快体育中介人才的培养。 |

Sports broker enterprises in Guangdong prov-ince chiefly engage in sports games promotion (85%), and secondly provide planning, sports consultation and sports training service for sports activities. Due to the adjustment of the brokerage structure in China and the weakening of market consumption, the business of sports broker companies in Guangdong province showed a declining trend, the number of profiting companies dwindled year by year. The research results indicate the followings: the restricting factors of the development of sports broker companies in Guangdong province are embodied in the following as-pects: the sports market is still not fully developed; the sports management system is not working smoothly, and the supervision management is not run properly; related laws and legislations are not completed; there is a lack of high caliber professional sports brokers; the agency industry is lacking in industrial self-discipline. Corresponding meas-ures for development include the followings: develop and perfect the sports market; strengthen sports management system reform; establish and complete various legislations and systems; gradually establish a governmental supervi-sion, industrial self-discipline and social supervision combined sports agency market supervision system; establish and complete a sports broker training system, and speed up the cultivation of sports agents. |
