| （1.广东工业大学 体育部，广东 广州 510090；2.华南理工大学 体育学院，广东 广州 510640） 摘 要：运用管理学上的SWOT分析方法，对我国网球职业化的前景进行了分析，认为：目前中国网球职业化的最大优势是我国体育体制的保障，女子网球竞技水平迅速提高和全国网球俱乐部联赛的经验；劣势是对职业化本质认识不够，职业化培养模式与举国体制有冲突，后备人才不足，男子网球竞技水平不高。面临的机遇是中国经济的迅速发展、网球运动的普及、中网和上海大师杯等赛事充满活力和2008北京奥运会的有利契机；面临的威胁是资金短缺，职业化人才稀少，网球市场培育不够，职业化运作模式不成熟等。 |

| （1.Department of Physical Education，Guangdong University of Technology，Guangzhou 510090，China；2.School of Physical Education，South China University of Technology，Guangzhou 510640，China） Abstract: By applying SWOT analytic method in management science, the authors analyzed the prospect of tennis professionalization in China, and put forward the following opinions: at present, with respect to tennis profession-alization in China, the biggest advantages are the assurance of sports systems in China, rapid enhancement of com-petitive performance of women’s tennis, and the experience of nationwide tennis clubs in league tournament, the disadvantages are inadequate recognition of the nature of professionalization, conflicts between professionalized cultivation modes and the nationwide system, insufficient supply of backup talents, and not high competitive per-formance of men’s tennis, the opportunities faced are the rapid development of Chinese economy, popularization of tennis, energetic games such as Chinese Tennis and Shanghai Master Cup, and favorable chances in Beijing Olym-pic Games 2008, and the threats faced are the lack of funds, shortage of professionalized talents, inadequate cultiva-tion of the tennis market, and immature professionalization operating modes. |
