| （1.集美大学 体育学院，福建 厦门 361021； 2.河北师范大学 公体部，河北 石家庄 050016） 摘 要：通过对25所高校田径队负责人的调查，在招生、经费、学训矛盾、与专业队关系、教练员、后勤等方面进行了研究。结果显示，我国高校田径队应摆脱招收专业队退役队员的路子，应在后备力量培养、经费投入、教练员聘用等方面加强与专业体育系统的合作，通过灵活的学分制解决学训矛盾，完善高校竞赛体制，在可能的情况下设立专职教练，不应人为地造成大学生运动员在后勤方面的特殊化。 关 键 词：高校高水平运动队；田径；学训矛盾；竞赛制度 中图分类号：G82 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2007)04-0067-05 |

| (1.College of Physical Education，Jimei University，Xiamen 361021，China； 2.Department of Physical Education，Hebei Normal University，Shijiazhuang 050016，China) Abstract: By investigating the principals of track and field teams in 25 institutes of higher learning, the authors studied and analyzed the information regarding student recruitment, fund, contradiction between learning and train-ing, relationship with professional teams, coach and logistic support, and revealed the following findings: Track and field teams in institutes of higher learning in China should get rid of the routine practice of recruiting retired profes-sion team members, strengthen their cooperation with profession sports systems in terms of backup talent cultiva-tion, fund input and coach hiring, resolve contradiction between learning and training via flexible credit system, perfect college competition system, and establish full-time coaches when possible, and should not cause the spe-cialization of college athletes in terms of logistic support. |
