The true nature of physical education curriculum can be expressed as follows: Its curriculum objective bases mainly on ensuring student’s physical health, and secondly on psychological and social objectives; its teaching content bases mainly on physical training and sports skill teaching, and secondly on cultural inheritance; its teaching form bases mainly on activity curriculum, and secondly on academic curriculum.
