| （湖北大学 体育学院，湖北 武汉 430062） 摘 要：我国普通高校办高水平运动队20年以来取得了辉煌的成就：建立了一批培养高水平运动员的高校，给学校注入了新的活力；培养出了一批比较优秀的体育后备人才，在国内外体育比赛中取得了良好的成绩；形成了学校的特色和品牌；促进了大、中、小学群众体育活动的开展；促进校园精神文明建设，丰富校园文化生活。存在的问题：生源严重缺乏、教练员队伍素质不高、经费匮乏、“学训”矛盾突出和竞赛体制不完善等。从完善“一条龙”训练体制、构建新型的教练员来源模式、运动队市场化、抓好运动员的管理、处理好“学训”矛盾、改革高校体育竞赛制度等方面展望了我国普通高校办高水平运动队的发展前景。 |

| （School of Physical Education，Hubei University，Wuhan 430062，China） Abstract: The authors analyzed the following splendid achievements made by high level sports teams managed by common institutes of higher learning in China in the last 20 years: A number of institutes of higher learning that cul-tivate high level athletes have been established, which gives new vitality to the institutes; a number of relatively ex-cellent sports backup talents have been cultivated, and have made good achievements in competitions at home and abroad; scholastic features and brands have been formed; the development of mass sports activities in universities, middle schools and elementary schools has been boosted; the construction of campus spiritual civilization has been boosted and campus cultural life has been diversified. The authors pointed out the following existing problems: Se-rious lack of student sources, not good makings of the coach team, the lack of funds, serious contradiction between “learning and training”, and imperfect competition system. The author looked forward to the future of development of high level sports teams managed by common institutes of higher learning in China in terms of perfecting the “all in one” training system, establishing a new coach source mode, athlete marketization, managing the athletes prop-erly, handling the contradiction between “learning and training” appropriately, and reforming the sports competition system in institutes of higher learning. |
