Material environment and humanistic environment are equally important. To establish the “people orien-tated” conception in physical education teaching, and to create an environment that values the cultivation of sports spirit, builds a rational structure of knowledge, highlights humanistic teaching evaluation, and establishes harmoni-ous interpersonal relations, are important constituent parts in physical education teaching reform in institutes of higher learning. |
