(1.Shanghai Minhang No.4 Middle School,Shanghai 200240,China;2.College of Physical Education and Healh,East China Normal University,Shanghai 200062,China) Abstract: By re-analyzing the question “why our students have learnt so little from our physical education teaching for 12 years?”, the authors pointed out the following main reasons: in physical education teaching the teachers did not concern much about students’ learning interests; the students were lacking in doing extracurricular physical ex-ercises; physical education was not supported by the overall environment. The authors called for that scholastic physical education reform should not just be the reform of physical education classes - extracurricular physical ex-ercises and the integrated construction of family, scholastic and community sports should also become important contents in new curriculum reform. |
