| （1.苏州大学 体育学院，江苏 苏州 215021；2.宁波大学 体育学院，浙江 宁波 315211） 摘 要：体育贫困是指个人或家庭缺乏必要的体育资源，因而不能达到一个社会的体育基本生活水准。在现代社会里体育贫困不仅仅是指体育资源缺乏、体育消费的低下，还包括对人类基本体育能力和权利的剥夺、体育地位的低下、体育结构发展的机会不均等等。认为加强有关体育权利的基本法律、完善政治制度的保障、确立体育在社会发展中的地位、合理配置社会的体育资源、保护体育弱势群体有助于解决我国的体育贫困问题。 关 键 词：体育贫困；体育资源；弱势群体；体育经济学 中图分类号：G80 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2007)03-0130-04 |

In a modern society, sports poverty refers not only to the lack of sports resources and low sports consumption, but also to the deprivation of human being’s basic sports capability and right, inferior sports status, and unequal chances of development of sports structure. The authors considered that the following measures are conducive to solving the sports poverty problem in China: Reinforce sports right related basic laws; perfect the assurance of political system; establish the status of sport in social development; allocate social sports resources rationally; protect sport disadvantageous groups. |
