新时期我国体育“举国体制”提法的研究

摘要：我国体育“举国体制”的本质是计划经济体制下的产物，市场经济条件下 “举国体制”的提法存在着语法结构和逻辑上的问题。应根据我国体育体制改革的发展观、市场观、整体观，在新时期建立与我国市场经济体制相适应的体育体制和运行机制，建议使用市场经济条件下“全民体制”的提法。

Study of the idea of sports “Nationwide System” in China in New Stage

Abstract:Sports “Nationwide System” in China is actually a product made under planned economy system,and the idea of the “Nationwide System” under the condition of market economy is questionable in terms of syntactic structure and logic.Sports system and operating mechanism which are adapted to market economic system in China should be established from the perspective of the development, market and overall situation of sports system reform in China. It is recommended that the idea of “General Civil System” under the condition of market economy should be adopted. 
