(1华南师范大学 体育科学学院,广东 广州510631; 2.中国人民解放军军事体育进修学院,广东 广州510500;3嘉应学院 体育系,广东 梅州514015) 摘要:采用简单随机抽样和分层抽样相结合的方法对师范类和综合性院校大一至大三男女大学生进行抽样调查。结果发现:我国大学生营养健康知识和饮食行为总体表现尚可,近半数学生具有荤素营养搭配的饮食观念及习惯,饮食较有规律,对营养素的态度及行为较正确。但存在着一些不健康的饮食行为,如主食摄入量过少、不重视早餐、挑食、膳食不平衡等,这与营养知识缺乏和健康知识的认知水平有关。建议在高校体育课程中增加营养教育内容,鼓励大学生多渠道获取营养知识和提高健康认知能力,改变不良生活行为,促进大学生的身心健康全面发展。 关键词:营养教育; 饮食行为; 大学生 中图分类号:G80432文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7116(2006)05-0044-04 |

(1.College of Physical Education,South China Normal University,Guangzhou 510631,China; 2.Training Base of Military Physical Education of Chinese PLA,Guangzhou 510500,China;3.Department of Physical Education,Jiaying Institute,Meizhou 514015,China) Abstract:Basing their research object on college students nationwide,the authors carried out sampling by applying a simple random sampling and stratified sampling combined method, mainly selecting grades 1 to 3 male and female college students in normal and comprehensive institutes of higher learning to complete questionnaires under the guidance of the surveying personnel,and revealed the following findings: The overall performance of Chinese college students in the knowledge of nutritional health and dietary behavior is so-so;nearly half of the students have such a dietary conception and habit as to match up nutrition from meat and vegetable,a regular diet, and a correct attitude towards and behavior on nutrients; however,there are some unhealthy dietary behaviors,such as too little intake of main food,not valuing breakfast, picky on food,and unbalanced diet,which are related to the lack of knowledge about nutrition and the level of recognition of knowledge about health. The authors suggested that the contents of nutritional education be added into the physical education curriculum for institutes of higher learning,and that college students acquire knowledge about nutrition from multiple channels,enhance health recognizing ability,and change bad living behaviors, so as to boost the development of college students comprehensively in terms of physical and mental health.
