| (College of Physical Education,Jiangxi University of Finances and Economics,Nanchang 330013,China) Abstract:From the perspective of economics and management science, the author analyzed the salary issue regarding professional soccer players,which was a hot topic currently,pointed out that the main reasons for the irrationality of practice of the players' salary being regulated directly by the Soccer Association as well as the extra high salary currently paid to soccer players in China were the serious insufficiency of backup talents and the existence of clubs supported by state-owned enterprises, and suggested that Chinese professional supper soccer league should be quickly established to manage the players' salary, and that the practice of salary cap implemented by the NBA could be referred to for the management of the players' salary.
