论健美操教与学的文化创新

摘要：健美操是一种体育运动，更是一种社会文化，一种“美”的文化，一种因人而异的文化。它是“健”、“力”、“舞”、“律”与“美”的完美结合。对健美操以一种 “美”的文化形式进行教学，并对教与学的过程进行文化创新与传承。

On cultural innovation in the teaching and learning of calisthenics

Abstract:Calisthenics is a physical exercise,also a social culture,a culture of “beauty”，a culture that varies with people. It is a perfect combination of “vigor”，“strength”，“dance”，“rhythm” and “beauty”. Calisthenics should be taught in a cultural form of “beauty”，and the process of teaching and learning should be innovated and inherited culturally.
