| (山西师范大学 体育学院，山西 临汾041000) 摘要：采用文献计量学方法对我国2003～2004年发表的运动人体科学论文中有关实验动物的描述情况进行分析，结果发现，分别有4.09%、37.84%、92.88%、97.08%的论文未描述实验动物品种品系、来源、遗传背景、微生物学质量；分别有39.92%、20.47%、12.87%、98.25%的论文未描述年龄、体重、性别、质量合格证；分别有49.13%、46.78%的论文未提及动物的饲养方式、实验环境；分别有66.13%、80.12%、50.81%的论文未描述使用麻醉剂的种类和剂量、麻醉方法、处死方式。结果提示，科研人员应重视科研究论文中有关实验动物的描述，进而提高论文科学性。 关键词：运动人体科学； 实验动物； 论文； 体育期刊 中图分类号：G80-32；G8042文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2006)04-0061-02 |

| (College of Physical Education,Shanxi Teachers’ Unversity,Linfen 041000,China) Abstract:By using literature metrological method,the author analyzed descriptions of experimental animals in theses on the science of moving human body issued in China between 2003 and 2004,and revealed the following findings: Respectively 4.09%,37.84%,92.88% and 97.08% of the theses failed to describe the breed/strain,origin,hereditary background and microbiological quality of the experimental animals;respectively 39.92%, 20.47%,12.87% and 98.25% of the theses failed to describe the age,weight, gender,sex and certificate of quality conformity;respectively 49.13% and 46.78% of the theses failed to mention the breeding manner and experimental environment for the animals; respectively 66.13%, 80.12% and 50.81% of the theses failed to describe the type and dosage,anesthetizing method,executing manner with respect to the anesthetics used.The results prompted that scientific research personnel should pay attention to descriptions of experimental animals in scientific research theses,so as to make their theses more scientific.
