| (上海体育学院 1.研究生处； 2.办公室，上海 200438； 3.同济大学 体育部，上海 200092) 摘要：针对当前普通高校高水平运动队管理存在的问题，提出了高校高水平运动队管理的新理念——运动队团队文化。高校高水平运动队团队文化的内容主要包括攀登技术高峰，为校为国争光；追求人的全面发展的共有价值观；齐心协力、团结协作的团队精神；实现提高技术水平和具有高度科学文化知识双赢的目标定位；具有“软”约束力的群体规范；以人为本的管理模式等，并提出了相应的建设途径。 关键词：普通高校； 高水平运动队； 团队文化 |

The contents of team culture of high performance sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities mainly include the followings: common value perception of “mastering advanced technologies; performing for the school and country; pursuing all-round development of human beings”; unified and cooperative team spirit; target orientation of “creating a win-win situation in enhancing technical performance and acquiring adequate scientific and cultural knowledge”; code of group conduct provided with “soft” restraining force; people orientated management mode, etc. The authors also set forth corresponding channels for construction. |
