高校体育教师继续教育的SWOT分析及发展策略

摘要：应用现代管理学的“SWOT”分析法，在了解优势、克服劣势、把握机会、化解威胁的基础上，对高校体育教师继续教育的内外环境进行了分析，进而提出了新时期我国高校体育教师继续教育相关的发展策略。

SWOT analysis and development strategies for the continuous education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities

Abstract: Applying the analytical method of SWOT in the theory of modern management,the author analyzed the internal and external environments for the continuous education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities on the basis of knowing the advantages, overcoming the disadvantages, seizing the opportunities and eliminating the threats, and thus bringing forth the development strategies associated with the continuous education of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in our country in the new era.
