转型时期我国体育体制改革的成本

摘要：从制度经济学的角度，审视了我国体育体制改革成本的现状，认为当前我国体育体制改革是以政府为主的强制性改革，具有渐进性，其体制改革的摩擦成本增加、寻租成本增加；提出了强制性体制改革下减少改革成本的策略。

Abstract: The authors surveyed the current situation of the cost of reform of physical education system in China from the point of view of institutional economics,and considered that the reform of physical education system currently carried out in China was a compulsive reform controlled mainly by the government and provided with escalating nature, and that its costs for smoothing the conflicts in the system reform and seeking for a rent were increased. The authors brought forward the strategy to reduce the cost of reform under compulsive system reform.
