西方国家培养体育志愿者的概况及启示

(College of Physical Education,Hunan Normal University,Changsha,410081,China)   Abstract: The author studied the status and policy of sports volunteer training in United Kingdom,Germany,United States of America,Australia and New Zealand,and introduced the systems used by these counties to train sports volunteers via multiple channels and various institutions and standardized management adopted by these governments to encourage sports volunteers. Referring to the experiences of the five countries above, the author offered a theoretical and practical reference for our country to train sports volunteers.  Key words: sports volunteers; mass sports; China
