| (College of Physical Education, Yan’an University, Yan’an 716000,China) Abstract:The authors analyzed the employment conception and job seeking psychology of the graduates by means of questionnaire survey on the employment psychology of the graduates in PE specialty in part of colleges and universities, and suggested that the colleges and universities should strengthen the employment guidance for the graduates,so that they can reduce blindness,establish dedicative spirit of working hard to create a career, and build up self confidence in this specialty,thus effectively enhancing the student’s capability to compete for employment.
