身体活动与心理健康效应研究进展评述

摘要：通过文献综述对身体活动与心理健康效应研究的现状进行分析，在已有研究的基础上，探讨最佳的活动方式与最大的心理效应，提出存在的问题以及今后的努力方向。

Review of the development of researches on the effect of physical exercise and mental health

Abstract:The author analyzed the current status of researches on the effect of physical exercise and mental health by means of literature data collection,probed into the best exercising mode and maximum mental effect on the basis of existing researches, and pointed out problems existed as well as working orientation for the future development.
