试论中国足协主办赛事活动的新闻采访权

摘要：我国目前尚无专门法律对新闻工作者的具体权利义务进行规定，新闻媒体对足协主办赛事活动的采访权的行使常常受到足协不应有的阻碍。从足协的性质、足协对体育赛事活动管理权的边界性、足协拒绝采访权的有限性、足球产业自身发展4个方面探讨了对足协主办赛事活动的采访权问题。

Abstract: As there aren’t special laws stipulate the specific rights and obligations of journalist in our country, the exercise of the right of gathering news from football games and activities is often imposed unsuitable restrictions by the football association. This paper expounds the certainty of journalist’s right of gathering news from football games and activities directed by the football association from the four respects of the nature of the football association,the boundary of the football association’s right of administering football games and activities, the limitation of the football association’s right of refusing interviews and the requirement of the football undertakings’ development.
