| （1.College of Physical Education，Zhejiang Normal University,Jinhua 321004,China; 2.Zhejiang Siyuan Kunlun Law Firm,Hangzhou 310013,China） Abstract: The impersonality and justness during establishing civil liability criterion is relevent to the behalfs of every party.There was no law regulating definitely for the imputation rules and legal liabilities of personal injury caused by different kinds of sports competitions,and the studies in this area were also poor.This paper discussed the liability criterion of personal injury accidents caused by sports competition basing on the correlation prejudication and law,such as the civil law and the administrative law.In the end,this paper pet forward some liability criterions for different kinds of competitions and parties soncerned. |
