我国竞技体育俱乐部发展现状与对策

摘要：我国竞技体育走职业化道路虽已取得了长足的进步，但还存在不少影响深入发展的问题：经营管理观念落后、产权关系不明、分配机制不合理、群众消费水平不高、地区经济发展不平衡、新闻媒体配合不力等。解决这些问题的对策与建议有：明晰产权关系、改善管理制度、建立完善俱乐部的法规体系、转变经营观念、提高经营素质、健全完善中介机构和经纪人制度、实行上市融资。

Abstract: Considerable progress has been achieved in trying to make th e sports club professional;nevertheless,there still remain quite a few problem s which are hindering its deep and sustaining development. These problems are ma inly reflected in the following aspects: backward in management concept, unclear  property ownership,unreasonable distribution mechanism,weak consuming power o f the mass,imbalanced district economic development,and inadequate cooperation  with the news media.In order to provide a proper solution to these problems, t his article puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions,which in clude clarifying the property ownership, improving the management mechanism,est ablishing and perfecting the system of regulations of the sports club,transform ing management concept,enhancing managers' qualities, perfecting the intermedia ry institutions and brokers systems and adopting the financing policy.
