摘要：综述了一种重要的内源性物质S-腺苷甲硫氨酸的生物学作用,从理论上探讨其对运动机能的影响，并对其在运动中的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The biological effects of the important endogenous molecule S-Adenosyl-L-methionine(SAM) were reviewed.The function of SAM on sports as well as its foreground and prospect were also analyzed theoretically.
