学校体育中实施心理健康教育的整合模式

摘要：分析了学校体育开展和实施心理健康教育的基本构架，从心理健康教育的目标、内容、过程和策略等方面进行系统的概述和总结，提出整合模式是学校体育实施心理健康教育的最优化模式。

A tentative discussion on the integrative pattern of mental health education in school PE

Abstract: By the way of literature data, this paper analyzes the basic frame of mental health education in PE and concludes mental health education in terms of goals, contents, process and strategies. It puts forward that the optimum pattern of students' mental health education is integrative pattern.
