运动与脑活性物质(综述)

摘要：脑的结构和功能变化规律是当前研究的热点。脑中的活性物质与脑的功能息息相关,是脑机能最有力的代表。从脑活性物质改变与运动的关系这一角度出发,着重综述了运动时脑活性物质的改变及其改变对脑机能的影响。

Abstract:The variation law of brain's structure and function is the hot dot of the present research. The active substances of brain have so much to do with the brain's function that they are powerful represent of the function of the brain.The article reveals the change of active substance during exercise and its influence on the function of the brain.
