By investigating the basic circumstances, contents on net and network function of P.E colleges and universities in China, it shows that there is still a gap between P.E colleges of the mainland and those of HMT areas in both quantities and qualities, concentrating on less proportion in the whole P.E colleges, dull contents, lack of valuable information and impromptu data renewal. The information network of those P.E colleges does not bring their proper role into full play. Therefore, on the basis of using the experience of other P.E colleges on net for reference, the conception about future inform ational construction of P.E colleges is being proposed to provide the helpful re ference and experience.
