| （1.山东师范大学 体育学院，山东 济南250014；2.北京体育大学，北京100084； 3.山东体育学院，山东 济南250014； 4.华南师范大学 体育科学学院，广东 广州510631） 摘要：通过观察在3种不同运动强度下，大鼠肾上腺原癌基因C-fos蛋白表达的变化、尿总蛋白（TP）排泄率的变化和相互关系，研究运动强度对肾上腺C-fos蛋白表达的影响，以及C-fos蛋白表达的变化在运动性疲劳、恢复及机能评定中的意义。结果表明，运动强度越大，肾上腺C-fos蛋白表达增加也大，且运动后恢复期恢复时间越长，肾上腺C-fos蛋白表达量越大。研究中第4次C-fos表达测定都比第一次测定显著升高（〖WT5”BX〗P<0.05〖WT5”BZ〗）。在尿TP排泄率早已恢复的情况下，代表肾上腺结构、机能状态的C-fos表达却持续升高，表明利用肾上腺C-fos蛋白表达来进行运动性疲劳、恢复的判断及机能评定时，应注意肾上腺C-fos蛋白表达的时间特性。 关键词：肾上腺；C-fos蛋白；尿TP；运动强度 中图分类号：G804.7 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2002)03-0033-03 |

The results indicated that the higher exercise intensity and longer recovery period after exercise, the higher increase in the expression of adrenal gland C-fos. The expression increased more significantly at the 4th test than it at 1st test among the three groups (P<0.05). On the condition of the recovery of urinary TP excretion rate, the C-fos which representing the structure and function of adrenal gland still increased. It indicated attention must be paid to the time profile of the C-fos expression when the expression of adrenal gland C-fos was used to judge sports fatigue, recovery and function evaluation. |
