“健康第一”与学校体育

摘要：“健康第一”思想是对学校教育本质功能的重新认识，它突破了传统学校体育单一的、片面的教育功能，拓宽了学校体育改革的范畴，以它来指导和构建学校体育体系，符合时代发展对社会和人类提出的要求。从“健康第一”指导思想产生的历史背景、意义，实施依据及贯彻措施等方面进行了论述。

Abstract:“Health is the first”-this idea is  a recognition for the function of school education, It not only broke through traditional single education function of the P.E, but also widened the field of revolution of the P.E. If it was used to guide and construct the education system of the physical education,it 'll meet the development of the times and the demand of the society and mankind as well.The essay discussed in accordance with the following point.
