运动技能与健身技能的关系

摘要：在学校体育教学中，用运动技术教学代替健身技能学习的情况十分普遍。文章揭示了运动技能与健身技能的关系与异同，并指出了健身技能学习对于全面贯彻“健康第一”指导思想的重要作用。

Relationship between the sports techniques and keep-fit skills

Abstract: It is terribly popular to substituting the teaching of sports techniques for the training of keep-fit skills. This paper briefly demonstrates the relationship between the sports techniques and the keep-fit skills, and puts forward their differences and characteristics respectively.
