中日大学课余训练和竞赛模式对比

摘要：通过对中日两国高校课余训练工作的组织领导、宗旨、参加人员、训练方式与训练的自觉性、经费来源、竞赛工作的内容以及组织安排等方面的比较研究，为我国高校课余训练和竞赛工作的组织与安排提供借鉴。

Abstract:The paper compared the extracurricular training between Chinese and Japanese universities as following aspects: its organization , goal, participant, training methods, training positivity, fund source, content of competed work and arrangement. The aim is to provide references for organization and arrangement of extracurricular training and competition in our universities.
