| (Department of Physical Education, Shaoyang Teachers' School, Shaoyang 420001,China) Abstract: Based on the methods of document, questionnaire and investigation, mathematic statistics, the article described the present situatio ns of social sports instructors in Guangzhou clearly, thought that social sports instructors developed quickly recently,but it still can't meet the demand of soc ialsports development in Guangzhou. The quantity is scarce. Structure is unreason able on age and educational background. The instructors of different classes is different in guiding time, events and spots,which agreed with the trend of social sports developing.Training of social sport instructors is successful in Guangzhou, but after training, social sports instructor can't find a special organ to serve and organize them, which leads to the waste of talents resources. Finally, it poi nted out that with the rapid development of Guangzhou's economy, social sports instructors faced great challenges and historical opportunities. Therefore, the paper gave some suggestions to supply some scientific basis for managing social sports instructors in guangzhou. Key words: social sports instructors; Guangzhou; ssocial sports |
