At aim of economic globalization it will benefit China in the following aspects: It will stimulate the development of capital market, activate assets of the bank sports, and speed up the flow of the assets; it will also promote reform in the sports. Therefore, the paper suggests a asset-backed securitzation market under go vernment supervision should be set up, the primary market should be developed, and restrictions for new investors should be relieved of industrial estate.
