论体育教学大纲为何能否成为“四个依据”

(首都体育学院，北京 100088） 摘要：从体育教材与体育教学大纲的逻辑统一性、现行体育教学大纲规定内容的内在逻辑性、评估教学质量的科学性、教材内容的不定性和无序性等几个方面，对“现行九年义务教育体育教学大纲作为编写体育教材，进行体育教学，评估体育教学质量和对体育教学进行管理的依据”进行了分析并提出质疑，指出：体育教学大纲的统一性具有它的历史性和非强制性的属性，由于体育学科内容不具有内在逻辑性，并且体育教学大纲缺乏体育学科考评的终极支持，所以，现行九年义务教育体育教学大纲没有必要，也不可能成为“四个依据”。 关键词：体育；依据；教学大纲 中图分类号：G807.03文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2001)01-0009-03
