摘要：从科学哲学的视角，运用科学精神和人文精神的基本观点，从体质的认识基础、体质与体能、体质与精神等方面对体质进行全面认识，揭示出体质的本质。提出体质是人身体的实质这一基本观点，进而提出人的体质具有理性思维和意识性思维的能力。
