体育助力健康关口前移：逻辑考量、现实困境与实现路径

摘 要：在健康中国和体育强国建设的战略背景下，厘定体育助力健康关口前移的实践逻辑、 理论逻辑和时代逻辑有助于加深对两者关系的认识和理解。当前体育助力健康关口前移的现实困 境显现在主动健康理念共识缺失、体卫融合体制机制缺位、体育系统应对支撑体系欠缺等方面， 需要从理念重塑、机制创新、强化保障等方面着手，推进体育助力健康关口前移的实现。

Abstract: Under the strategic background of healthy China and the construction of a strong sports country,  determining the practical logic, theoretical logic and epoch logic of sports helping to move the health barrier  forward will help to deepen the understanding of the relationship between the two. At present, the practical dilemma  that sports help the health gate move forward is manifested in the lack of consensus on the concept of active health,  the lack of a system and mechanism for the integration of sports and health, and the lack of a support system for the  sports system. Given that, it is necessary to implement from ideological reconstruction, system innovation, and  strengthening guarantee to promote the realization of sports helping the health gate move forward.
